Great blog! I have to say when I was looking for a house in UK, this guy Martin (http://www.martinsellstupelo.) helped us buy our first investment condo in Oxford. Since then we have purchased a second unit with his assistance. As out of town investors and parents of 2 Ole Miss students our time was limited when we did come into Oxford. Getting in a car and riding around all day previewing homes was just not an option for us.
